VOTES RESET! (HELP US!)

    the first one is a noob server with 8000+ votes...
    I *know* that they cheated indefinitely.. Its only been a few hours for Christ sakes.

    The votes don't all reset at once.
    The top site gets reset every 5 mins or so..
    So Some didn't get reset yet.
